FAQs / My inventory is not visible in QuickBooks. What should I do?

1) Go to Company -> Preferences -> Item & Inventory.

2) Click the checkbox: Inventory and purchase orders are active.

3) Save the settings.

4) Run the EZR Sync Utility again.
